Blackberry Patch Baked Lavender French toast

Ingredients:
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried lavender
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 slices French bread - cut 1/2" thick
  • Blackberry Patch Whole Blackberry Syrup

Directions:

In a bowl beat eggs, milk, sugar, salt, lavender, and vanilla. Set aside. Heat oven to 450 degrees. Lightly grease a cookie sheet. Heat cookie sheet in the oven for 2-3 minutes. While cookie sheet is heating up, dip bread into egg mixture and place on a plate. Place the dipped bread onto the hot cookie sheet. Bake for 8 minutes or until the bottoms are golden brown. Turn the bread slices and bake for another 4-5 minutes. Serve with fresh berries and top with Blackberry Patch Whole Blackerry Syrup
