Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 small onion - diced
- 1 cup Blackberry Patch Whole Raspberry Syrup
- 1 each chipotle chile canned in adobo - 1 or 2 chipotle peppers or to taste
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup raspberry vinegar
Directions:
Melt butter and saute' onion for 5 to 6 minutes or until completely cooked. Add the remaining ingredients and continue to cook over medium heat stirring for about 5 minutes. Cool mixture.
Place cooled mixture into food processor and process until smooth. Store in a covered container for up to 2 weeks.
Makes 1 1/2 cups
