- 1 envelope plain gelatin
- 1 cup cold water
- 2 packages (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 t. vanilla extract
- 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
- Blackberry Patch Whole Raspberry Syrup
In a pan on stove, measure cold water then sprinkle gelatin over. Heat and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
In a large bowl with electric mixer, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until blended. Gradually beat in gelatin mixture add remaining 3/4 cup water until smooth. Pour into crust; chill until firm.
Cut into wedges and pour Raspberry Syrup over top.
