| Ingredients:
½ cup Blackberry Patch Whole Blackberry Syrup
¼ cup sesame oil (olive will work, but will have a much lighter flavor impact)
¼ cup red wine vinegar
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Mix the first 3 ingredients and pour into gallon sandwich bag or casserole dish; add chicken and allow to marinate 30 minutes. Turn the chicken breasts every 10 minutes.
In open skillet on stovetop, place the chicken breasts and ½ of the marinade sauce, and cook on medium high for 5 minutes on each side, or until chicken is cooked but still moist.
The balance of the marinade may be place in a saucepan and brought to a boil, then simmered for 3 minutes and used as a sauce. Enjoy Blackberry Patch fruit syrups at every meal.
