THOMASVILLE, Georgia (June 11, 2012)- As specialty syrup producer Blackberry Patch prepares to participate in the 58th Annual Summer Fancy Food Show, spirits are high. The company has recently invested in new product & packaging development, the results of which are the new Tripe Berry Syrup and some pretty snazzy labels.
Triple Berry Syrup uses blueberries, blackberries & raspberries to create what Harry T Jones [partner at Blackberry Patch] describes as a “fabulously fun & delicious” syrup to be used over breakfasts, ice cream, or as an ingredient. Recommended to the specialty food industry as a Spring-time item, the new syrup captures the fresh taste of Spring’s first berry harvest with whole, ripe berries and just four other natural ingredients, and is handmade in small batches with no artificial flavors or preservatives. Mary Martin, whose title with Blackberry Patch is the ‘Service Generator, Recipe Originator,’ suggests blending equal parts Triple Berry Syrup with softened cream cheese, and serving the berry-cheese dip with fresh fruits and crackers.
As Triple Berry Syrup was being developed in conjunction with Blackberry Patch’s ‘Project: Facelift’ [aka: new labels], it was the first of twenty syrups to receive the new look.
