Healthy, all-natural Breakfast or Snack: Oats, Yogurt, Fresh Fruits, Fruit Syrup

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Quick Oats, uncooked
- 1/3 cup Plain Yogurt
- 1/4 cup Blackberry Patch Whole Blackberry Syrup
- 1/2-3/4 cup fresh fruit or berries
Directions:
Combine the ingredients in a bowl, mix well with a spoon, cover, and place in refrigerator for 3-12 hours (normally overnight, but this is so good, sometimes we eat it the night before and make another batch for breakfast!)
You can make this recipe using any one of our fruit syrups as well as add chopped pecans, walnuts or almonds for an extra crunch!
Frozen berries may also be used. ENJOY!
