Yield: 2 large
Ingredients:
- one cup frozen nonfat vanilla yogurt
- one cup fresh or frozen blueberries, or other fruit
- 1/2 cup cranberry juice
- 1/2 cup Blackberry Patch syrup, 8 choices
Directions:
Place the four ingredients in blender, cover, and mix on high. Stir and re-cover if needed.
Makes two meal-sized servings.
