Mayhaw Glazed Pecans

  • 2 Tablespoons melted butter
  • ⅓ cup Blackberry Patch Mayhaw Jelly
  • ½ teaspoon orange zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups pecan halves

Preheat oven to 300 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Wisk together butter, Blackberry Patch Mayhaw Jelly, orange zest, salt and pepper in a small sauce pan over low heat until butter and jelly are melted. Mix in pecans. Spread pecans out on a baking sheet. Cook 25-30 min tossing once at 15 minutes.
