Refund/Return & Shipping Policy
SHIPPING: Blackberry Patch products are handmade in small batches. Your order will be received and processed in a timely manner that provides you the freshest product possible. Because we do not mass produce and ship orders with old, excess stock, we do need a little time to process them. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your order to ship. Due to COVID-19, order processing may be delayed a bit longer than usual.
REFUND/RETURN: As a food facility, we are unable to accept returns, we can only refund orders due to loss in transit, damage, defective items, or if you are sent the incorrect item other than what is shown on your order. Please contact us within 7 days of the purchase date and we will be happy to replace or refund your order (proof of purchase required).
If you have ordered from the website and the package was damaged in transit, we ask that you provide a photo image of the damaged package so we can replace or refund your order as well as file a claim with the carrier. Refunds or replacements will not be processed without proof of damage or loss.
Please be patient! It may take a couple days to process your order. We cook our products on a daily basis to ensure we are shipping the freshest items possible to you! We ship Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
