Apple Crepe

Apple Crepe

  • 4 crepes
  • 2 apples peeled and cubed
  • 1/4 cup Blackberry Patch Apple Butter Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Thomasville Tomme cheese or soft cheese of your choice

Peel and cube apples and add to a medium sized saucepan. Add Blackberry Patch Apple Butter syrup and cook until it begins to thicken. Add in Thomasville Tomme cheese. Stir to combine. Add apple and cheese filling to your crepe and drizzle with Apple Butter Syrup.
