Lemon Ricotta Pancakes

  • 2 cups bisquick
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • Topping
  • Confectioners sugar
  • Blueberries
  • Triple Berry Syrup

 

Stir all ingredients together.Grease griddle. Pour batter onto griddle.

Cook until golden.Top with confectioners sugar, blueberries, and Triple Berry Syrup.
