Jerk Chicken Tacos with Peach Salsa

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • jerk marinade
  • black beans
  • olive oil
  • Blackberry Patch Peach Salsa
  • shredded cabbage
  • corn tortillas

Marinate chicken with jerk marinade. Heat oil in a saute' pan on stove and cook chicken breasts until thoroughly cooked. Shred the chicken. Warm tortillas and assemble the tacos with salsa, black beans, cabbage, and chicken.
