Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler. Remove from heat and allow to cool for 10 minutes. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper and pour the white chocolate onto the tray. Spread it into a rectangle. Drizzle with Blackberry Patch Premium Strawberry Syrup and create a marbled pattern by dragging a toothpick through the chocolate. Be careful not to add too much syrup or it won’t harden. You’re looking for thin lines of syrup dragged through the chocolate rather than pools of syrup.
Allow to cool before serving. Break into bark or serve whole. Enjoy!
