Blackberry Tarragon Vinaigrette

  • 4 tbsp Blackberry Patch Blackberry Jam
  • 2 cups olive or canola oil
  • 3/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 3-4 sprigs of fresh tarragon, stems removed
  • 1 shallot
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • salt and pepper

Combing shallot, garlic, tarragon, jam, salt and pepper, and vinegar in a food processor until combined. Slowly add oil until well blended.
