Blackberry Patch Port Wine Sauce

  • Stick of butter
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 shallot
  • 1/2 cup Port Wine
  • 1/4 cup Blackberry Syrup

Heat a stick of butter in a pan, saute' garlic and shallot. Remove pan from heat and add 1/2 cup of port wine. Set back on stove (waiting for any flames to die). Return to heat and stir in Blackberry Patch Blackberry Syrup. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add to your favorite cut of steak.
