Pork Tenderloin with Maple Praline Sauce

  • Blackberry Patch Maple Praline Syrup
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 shallot
  • 32oz chicken stock
  • 6 tbsp flour

Melt butter over medium heat. Sprinkle flour over butter and cook - stirring constanstly until mixture is golden brown. While stirring slowly add stock until the mixture is smooth. Add Blackberry Patch Maple Praline Syrup to taste. Season with salt and pepper.
