Creamy Orange Icing

12 cupcakes or 1 cake

  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 2 boxes powdered sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 tablespoons of Blackberry Patch Florida Orange Syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 drops orange food coloring (optional)

In a large bowl, beat softened butter, icing sugar, and salt until smooth. Add Blackberry Patch Florida Orange Syrup and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and creamy. Tint with orange food coloring if desired.
