Breakfast Bunch O'Berries Jam Recipes

Bunch O'Berries Poptarts

  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 10 phyllo sheets, dived
  • 1/2 cup Bunch O'Berries Jam
  • Vanilla Glaze:
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tp 3 tbsp water

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with wax paper. Layer 5 phyllo, brushing each with melted butter before adding the next. Brush the 5th sheet and add Bunch O'Berries Jam. Layer the remaining 5 sheets, brushing each with butter.

Brush the top layer and cut the pastry into 8 rectangles. (A pizza cutter works great for this) 

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Drizzle with vanilla glaze and enjoy!

Blueberry Jam Recipes

Pizza with Honey Goat Cheese and Prosciutto

  • 4 oz goat cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 pieces of naan
  • 4 tbsp Blueberry Jam
  • 4 to 5 slices thinly shaved prosciutto
  • 3 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • freshly ground pepper
  • wilted arugula

 

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a bowl, combine goat cheese and honey, blend well. Place the naan on a baking sheet. With a spoon spread the goat cheese evenly on the naan slices. Spread Blueberry Jam on top of goat cheese. Place in oven for 15 minutes or until the naan is toasted. Remove from the oven and add prosciutto and 1 tsp of thyme to each pizza.

Add wilted arugual if desired. Slice and serve

Pepper Jelly Pineapple Recipes

Pineapple Pepper Chicken Wings

  • 3 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 cup Pineapple Pepper Jelly
  • 1/2 cup frozen orange juice
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
Cut wings into section and discard tips. Stir together Pineapple Pepper Jelly, orange juice concentrate, soy sauce, brown sugar, oil, garlic, and ginger until thoroughly combined. Pour mixture over wings in a bag and seal. Marinate for 6 hours or overnight. Place wings on a foil-covered baking pan and pour 1 cup of marinade over the wings.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Lemon Ricotta Pancakes

  • 2 cups bisquick
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • Topping
  • Confectioners sugar
  • Blueberries
  • Triple Berry Syrup

 

Stir all ingredients together.Grease griddle. Pour batter onto griddle.

Cook until golden.Top with confectioners sugar, blueberries, and Triple Berry Syrup.

Healthy Raspberry Recipes Syrup

Raspberry Vinaigrette

  • 1/3 cup Raspberry Syrup
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Combine ingredients in a jar with lid and shake to mix. Pour over salad.
